• Estimates are provided by the postal service, we can't make a guarantee in relation to quoted lead times.
• If you selected 'Next Day' delivery on a Friday, this is expected to arrive on Monday.
• Royal Mail Special Delivery is available for existing stock when payment is received by 12pm on the day of order to qualify.
• For personalised and bespoke orders we will email you to confirm delivery date as these are made to order and require hallmarking.
